Hit Fit is a bodyweight and dumbbell program that involves intervals of 1 minute of work then 15 seconds of rest. There are three different circuits each lasting 10 minutes for 30 minutes total work along with 5 min. warm up and 5 min. cool down makes this full body workout 40 min. total. A great full body athletic workout!

Exercise spaces will be socially distanced. You do not need to wear a mask while exercising but will need one for when you step out of your exercise space.
