Monthly Special Events



Every September is 'Fit-Tember' at FIT@PRC. Fit-Tember has a new special event each week including the Fit-Fair, 3 on 3 Basketball, Table Tennis Tournament and Outdoor Yoga. Have a Fit-Tember!


The best Fitness Fair ever! Vendors display the latest in fitness gear and nutritional products along with a hula-hoop contest, small basketball shooting contest, awesome raffle prizes and free food and drink. This event kicks off Fit-Tember.

Sand Volleyball Tournament

Did you know PRC has a sand volley court. Oh, yes it does! This tournament is  3 player Co-ed teams. Trophies and gift cards to winners and runner ups.

Free Body Fat Testing

Run twice a year, FIT@PRC trainers will be doing caliper body fats tests for free for the month. Not only will tell you your body fat percent but how many pounds of fat you have. This really helps with goal setting.

Table Tennis Tournament

Yes, we have ping pong tables! These  are single players, playing a best of five, single elimination tournament. So fun people show up just to watch the action!

St. Paddy's Day 5K Walk Run

One of most popular events, the St. Paddy's Day 5K Walk/Run is super fun! We provide custom event event tees to the first 50 sign ups, tables of  St. Paddy's costume gear, a Zumba warmup, trophies to the winners and refreshments. All free!

3 on 3 Hoops Tourney

If you didn't know already,  PRC has its own outdoor basketball court. This is a 3 on 3, call your own fouls, single elimination tourney with trophies and prizes! If you need practice and don't have a basketball, come over to FIT@PRC and pick one up


An outdoor Zumba dance party that really gets it going! Free custom event tees and refreshments. An annual event that wraps up Fit-Tember with a bang!

Outdoor Yoga

Just outside of the Gateway Cafe is a terrific grass tiered area with multiple fountains, Just the spot for some Yoga in the sun! We also provide free personal cooling fans and refreshments.

Turkey Shootout

Around Thanksgiving we hold this 3 point shooting contest with a twist, you have to chase down your own rebounds! You have ninety seconds to make as many 3 pointers as you can. And, of course, trophies and prizes.

Other Events

We also do other events as well, like  the 'Make Your Own Diet' talk and Bike to Work Day energizer station (actually a Bio-Med event that our crew gets to help with, cool stuff!). We also come up with brand new events that we think you'll like. So be sure to check our Special Event each month!
