A complete line of resistance machines, free weights, kettle-bells, bosu’s and stabilization balls are provided for complete strength and core training.

Cardio Equipment

We have it all: treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, rowing units and stair climbers. Televisions with wireless connection to your headset adds entertainment to your cardio quest.

Group Exercise

A superb group exercise program. Experienced instructors teach a variety of classes including Yoga, Spin, PRC Pump (weight lifting to music), Zumba, U-Jam, Boot Camp, Guava Fit and Core.

Locker Rooms

Shower facilities with complementary towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Day use lockers with lock are provided.

Personal Training

Our awesome team of trainers will work with you to customize a program specific to your fitness goals. Train as an individual or with a buddy.

Group Weight Loss Programs

Shed those pounds and get into great shape with our ’20 Day Fat Melt Away’. A fun, effective and proven weight loss and exercise program. This program falls under small group personal training and is available for a fee.
